And what it the latest news about her, is that there is an alleged sex tape of hers circulating over the web . The sextape is actually available on many websites of the Internet and has been viewed by many.

Danielle Staub, 48, was one of the cast of the famous reality show ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’, but the situation for her on the show has not been so well as she has been sent out packing. So we can sum it up that her life is not on the proper track for the moment.

The sextape of hers which has been creating goosebumps all over the internet has called in for more trouble on her. The alleged sextape has been uncovered only days after when it has been known that she had a very controversial past. The sextape has become a good hit, and for a woman of 48 this is something remarkable, actually many women her age would be jealous about this.

Peter Lenz from Vancouver Washington, died from ‘blunt force trauma’ after he fell off his bike during a warmup lap and was then run over by 12-year-old racer Xavier Zayat. He was treated on the track and taken to a nearby hospital, but sadly died three hours later.

Many on the Internet are searching for the ‘Peter Lenz crash video’ on Monday, but thankfully no video of the accident has been released.

Peter Lenz is the youngest driver ever to be killed at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the racing community is in shock over his death.

“On behalf of the Lenz family, we would like to thank Peter’s friends and supporters for all their help throughout the years,” the family said in a statement Sunday.

“We are deeply saddened by this tragic loss, but know Peter is racing even faster in the sky.

“Our thoughts and prayers are now with the other racer and his family, who were also involved in this tragedy.”

Peter Lenz, although only 13-years-old, was considered a rising star on the circuit for riders aged 12-18, but his death has raised questions about whether he was too young to be competing on a track used for more experienced riders, on a vehicle that can go over 100mph.

Officials from the Speedway have not yet released a statement about Lenz’s death or about how the track conditions may have been too dangerous for a rider that was not that experienced.

USA Today reports that the track was ’slick’ after the latest hot dry weather in the region.

The AFP reports that even the Moto2 race was cut short on Sunday after a crash during the opening lap. Even Valentino Rossi, the reigning world champion, fell off his bike during warmup and another four times during the warmup and race.

“This was the most difficult race for everyone,” MotoGP winner Dani Pedrosa said. “The conditions were very hard because of the heat and the asphalt was very greasy.”

Peter Lenz’s body will undergo an autopsy on Monday and more details may be released after that is completed.

Peter passed away early this morning when he was apparently struck by another rider. He passed doing what he loved and had his go fast face on as he pulled onto the track. Actor Eric Stonestreet picked up the first award of 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category, for his role on ABC’s “Modern Family.”

The annual awards ceremony opened Sunday night with a bang – and a song – courtesy of host Jimmy Fallon and a bevy of nominees and stars.

The show kicked off in a pre-taped segment in which Fallon, members of the cast of “Glee” (Jane Lynch, Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Corey Monteith and Amber Riley) Tina Fey, Jon Hamm and Joel McHale performed Bruce Springsteen’s “Born to Run.”

There was also an appearance by Kate Gosselin in her “Dancing with the Stars” costume (the group declined to let her join their makeshift glee club), and Betty White, who showed Hamm some sexy dance moves.

The performance then continued live on the awards show stage, with Fallon playing an electric guitar with “American Idol” host Randy Jackson and the rest of the stars singing and dancing alongside them.

“Glee” is about to learn whether the Emmys care to sing its praises.

The hit musical-comedy show about a high school glee club was a leading nominee at Sunday’s Emmy Awards, including bids for best comedy series and cast members Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Jane Lynch and Chris Colfer.

“Modern Family” was another freshman comedy front-runner, while “30 Rock” was trying for its fourth consecutive best comedy series Emmy and “Mad Men” competed for its third drama series trophy.

Others defending their title included Bryan Cranston of “Breaking Bad” and Glenn Close of “Damages,” who claimed drama series acting honors last year, and, on the comedy side, Toni Collette of “The United States of Tara” and Alec Baldwin of “30 Rock.”

Other Emmy contenders included Conan O’Brien’s short-lived “Tonight,” which was nominated as best variety, music or comedy series while the show with Jay Leno back in charge was snubbed. David Letterman’s “Late Show” also missed out on a nod, but 2009 winner “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart” was nominated.

The final season of “Lost” competed for best drama series and for acting honors for star Matthew Fox and supporting cast members Terry O’Quinn and Michael Emerson, chosen as best supporting drama actor last year.

HBO came into the ceremony as the kingpin after claiming 17 awards at the Aug. 21 creative arts Emmys, followed by ABC with 15 and Fox with nine. CBS, NBC and PBS each claimed seven.

“The Pacific,” the World War II miniseries produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg, was the top nominee and captured a leading seven creative arts awards, which recognize technical and other achievements.

Presenters throughout the night are set to include Hamm, Fey, Eva Longoria Parker, Will Arnett, Stephen Colbert, Edie Falco, Laurence Fishburne, Ricky Gervais, John Krasinski, LL Cool J, Julianna Margulies, Matthew Perry, Keri Russell and Sofia Vergara.
